CHARLIE MORRISON OBE CA CCMI Managing Director and Financial CFO

Was awarded an OBE by the Queen in 2009 for services to Scottish industry and economic development.
Joining as a Chartered Accountant spent 28 years in IBM in many functional and executive leadership roles including Finance, Manufacturing , Procurement and IT .Ran IBMs most influential site outside of the USA for 6 years and ran the operational delivery arm of IBMs global sales services division in UK and then Europe.
Spent the last few years in IBM successfully driving substantial and critical business transformation across key divisions.
Served for 6 years from 2003 to 2009 on the main board of Scottish Enterprise ( Scotland ‘s economic development agency ) chairing its audit and operations committees.
In recent years has invested as a business Angel in and supported various small businesses in Scotland.
From 2008 to 2014 chaired SETN. Scottish environmental technology network based at Strathclyde University successfully building a network of small environmental small companies to over 200 members working successfully and intimately with all key university environmental researchers in Scotland.
Currently, via Leading Software Ltd and Intrallect Limited, he has an expert team in Edinburgh focused on providing Digital Career Exchange and voice biometric solutions to Corporates and educational institutions and consortiums. 
He is involved in various charitable activities as part of the RC church in Scotland including chairing the new youth NET ( National Evangelical Teams) Ministries group.
