Bob Clark Senior IT Architect and Developer
Bob has over 25 years extensive experience in designing, building, testing and implementation of solutions across a number of platforms and markets, from initial design requirements to the ‘training’ of customer support staff.
While with IBM, he had extensive Client Assignments (StatOil, Ford Credit,Le Foyer) implementing various IBM integration tools (MQSeries, DB2 , MDp) as the architect within IBM teams, usually in CRM and Call Centre implementations.
At Telsphere , while continuing his Consultancy Assignments (IBM, BankofAmerica, Marks & Spencers, RBS, BlueCrossBlueShield), Bob designed and participated in the build of a number of applications utilising the IBM Websphere suite (Application Server ,Voice Server, Voice Response ) and then managed the team implementing and supporting these applications.(JSPs, Java,JavaEE, DB2,VXML, AIX).
While at RBS, Bob was part of the team that designed and built the RBS CRM application, Direct Banking (platform – Z/OS, CICS, DB2, VSAM and Aspect IVR).
At Intrallect, Bob has been a team member designing, developing and supporting the Intrallect product base. This covered Intrallect’s Learning Repository applications and Voice Biometric Password Reset. During this time, he has utilised his Java, MS SQL, MySql , .Net skill sets.
