Good Intentions: improving the evidence base in support of sharing learning materials
This JISC-funded project was completed in November 2008.
The study investigated, identified and articulated the evidence for a range of business cases and models for sharing learning materials within the UK Higher Education community. A set of models was developed to illustrate the benefits of a collective approach to a range of
stakeholders in a format that is accessible and usable by the different communities.
The project focussed on two specific aspects of sharing: open access and subject-based sharing.
